Initial Consultation: the initial appointment for one hour to share your current concerns and establish treatment goals. Intake paperwork is required to be completed via the client portal to attend the appointment. Cost of service is $200 per 60 minute session.

 

Subsequent Sessions: 

$200 for 60 minute session

$175 for 45 minute session 

Payment is due at time of service.

Cancellation Policy: 

Mental health worldwide has been negatively impacted by COVID-19 so the high need and short supply of mental health professionals is challenging. To be able to accommodate as many of our clients as possible, we kindly require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, there will be a fee assessed (see intake forms for details).

If we are out of network for you: we recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly and ask if you have out-of-network benefits and what the reimbursement rate is.​

Statements to submit to insurance for reimbursement will be provided upon request.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
